The building is fully built and ready for use when delivered! The delivery drivers are skilled at placing the buildings where the customers would like!
The delivery driver will come with a truck and trailer set up like this:
If they can't back up the trailer to your pad, they will use a shed mule and wheels.

We recommend that you have 1' extra space on either side of building so if you are ordering a 12' wide building the preferred space between houses/through fence etc. Is 14' (13' will work though).
Sadly we cannot send someone out to every job to measurements, but if you send us pictures we can look them over and see if it looks like your new building can get delivered or if it will need built on-site.
Buildings up to 12' wide and up to 40' long can be delivered if your site allows it, if the building is a size that can be delivered, but you need it built on-site add $1250 on-site fee.
