Step 1. What size of building do you need?

• How much space do you need?

• Do you have enough space for that size building

• Do you have enough access for that size building to be delivered or built onsite?

 

Step 2. Pick a style of building.

• We offer a wide variety of portable buildings and permanent structures to choose from and are customizable!

Step 3. Customization

• Check out our "options" page to pick what you would like to add to make it your dream building!

 

Step 4. Delivered or built onsite?

• Builds 12x40 and smaller can be delivered, if you need anything smaller than 12x40 built on-site find you nearest sales location for a quote. Everything wider than 12' wide is automatically built on-site, and the website reflects on-site build price for most locations. 

• Do you have enough space to have delivered? We will need a minimum of one foot on either side of building space for delivery. Example: 12' wide gate opening would allow for up to 10' wide delivery.

Step 5. Payment. Here at Zion Structures we understand that not every one is in the same financial situation, so we provide a several options for you to choose the best fit for you!

• Cash, Check and Card: Half down to order and last half once delivered.

 

• Rent to Own with the option of 90 Days SAME AS CASH! (Rent to own also referred to as RTO we do not check your credit) WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO OFFER DEPENDING ON SIZE.

 

• Traditional Financing
